A note to our many Christianboard members and friends:

It has been a blessing and a joy over the years to see so many of you touched by the presence of Christianboard. This web board has clearly served God's purposes well by bringing Christian issues and discussion topics to the world of online electronic messaging in some unique and helpful ways.

Online technology has changed dramatically since Christianboard was initiated. Just as the dial-up Bulletin Board Systems ("BBS's") were eventually replaced by online message forums, we are now entering an era in which privately hosted message forums such as Christianboard are moving towards fully outsourced hosting solutions and the many options provided by the new social media and mobile computing.

Online technology has also become much more complex over the years and continues to do so. This makes initiating, maintaining, and securely operating a stand-alone system such as Christianboard a much more daunting task than it used to be.

This board has been discontinued, but it's purpose has not. There's a Christianboard group on Facebook and you may see us initiate efforts in other venues.
